SumIt, Taylor’s new sales tracking software, can help you keep track of your yearbook sales right on your computer. It’s free, easy to learn and easy to use. From importing your list of students to printing reports of all kinds, let SumIt decrease the sum of your time spent on sales tracking.

Getting Started:
SumIt’s first screen asks you to enter general school information. You set price levels for book and accessory sales. New for 2.0, you also set the types and pricing for advertisements, too.

Taking Yearbook Orders:
Once you begin collecting orders for your yearbooks, you use SumIt’s second panel to enter individual student information. SumIt automatically adds up each student’s total and retains all selection and payment information for you.

Taking Advertisement Orders:
New for SumIt 2.0, you can track Advertisement Sales. To do this, you use SumIt’s fourth panel to enter individual ad sales. When you set SumIt up, you determine what kinds of ads to sell and how much to sell them for. SumIt automatically adds up the total and retains all payment information for you.

Tracking Book Sales:
SumIt’s third panel keeps all book sales totals up to date. It tracks how many books and how many of each accessory has sold. It keeps a count of how much money you have collected and how much is still due to you.

Tracking Ad Sales:
New for SumIt 2.0, the fifth panel keeps all ad sales totals up to date. It tracks how many ads of each kind have been sold. It also keeps a count of how much money you have collected and how much is still due to you.

Marketing:
SumIt can help you direct market. If you initially import a student list of your school, then you can generate a report of who has not purchased a book. By doing this, you know which students still need an extra push to buy a book.
